Top Workout & Fitness Apps - Stay Healthy

Working out every morning has really helped me stay in shape. It's also helping with my mental state.

I wake up at 6am make coffee, check out the latest news and weather forecast.

Then jump into my jeep and drive over to the gym. I could easily walk over to the gym, but the weather is nice, so drop top time it is!

The past few years has been really difficult with COVID-19.

I mean, you're either stuck at home working all day or you're stuck in the office working all day with a mask on! It can get quite unbearable and it's really really difficult for some people.

Other people like myself,  like to use apps like a lower yoga or basic fit, even Fitbit workout. These apps helped me stay in shape while allowing me to clear my mind,

and me to relax and to get out of the daily grind of working from home and; hearing news about COVID everywhere.
